Many hosted applications require long term commitment from their customers, however no contract is required to use our service. The service is provided on a monthly basis and you may end your subscription at any time with 30 days written notice. This means new customers can test our software with minimal risk using a Pay-As-You-Go model - No long term contracts. If after using the hosted application you find it unsuitable then you can simply stop using the service. To begin using Child Care Central, subscribe online using PayPal or any major credit card. For organisations that have legacy systems from different suppliers running different operating systems, the hosted Child Care Central application will provide an integrated solution that allows you to be done with your legacy systems, all the while administering the core function of the application. The application provides for parent, child and employee management. It also offers the full suite of CCMS integration functions as well as invoicing, billing, payroll, financial management and extensive reporting features.
Internet Access...
The application and data is stored on an Internet server, making it available to authorised users once they have logged in to the system from anywhere there is Internet access. Users can now work anywhere in the service environment, from remote offices or from the home.
Ongoing Maintenance and Support
The software resides on Care Central Solutions servers, reducing the burden on in house IT. There's no hardware to purchase, set up or configure. The child care service also benefits by not having to maintain multiple version numbers or individual maintenance and licensing agreements. The software is automatically updated so you're always up-to-date. New updates are installed centrally negating the need for expensive roll outs. For many applications the need for version numbers is eliminated as updates are made incrementally bringing the benefits to the customer without having to bundle new features up into a new periodic version release.
